St. Patrick's Day Traditional Meal
 We'd like to invite you to the Main Hangar Restaurant for St. Patrick's Day and remind you that we have Guinness beer on draft. Our Chef will be preparing his very own homemade Corned Beef and Cabbage on Wednesday, March 17, 2009. This traditional Irish-American meal with a 20oz Guinness is the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, is one of Christianity's most widely known figures. Although popular, his life remains somewhat of a mystery. Many of the stories traditionally associated with St. Patrick are false. The false stories, including the famous account of his banishing all the snakes from Ireland, are products of hundreds of years of exaggerated storytelling. St. Patrick's Day is celebrated on March 17, his religious feast day and the anniversary of his death in the fifth century. The Irish have observed this day as a religious holiday for over a thousand years.
